Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Samsung Mobile Division in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mobile handset sales, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in managing sales operations, distributor/channel partnerships, and team performance in the telecom/mobile industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. Manage and grow channel partner relationships (distributors, retailers). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility. Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high productivity. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement regional promotional campaigns. Provide timely MIS and sales reports to management. Address customer and partner concerns professionally and effectively. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile handset sales or telecom FMCG sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Good market knowledge of Chhattisgarh and surrounding regions. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and reporting tools preferred.
