Job Summary:

Area Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors in the foam/mattress industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with senior management.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the foam or mattress industry.
Strong regional knowledge and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software.
