Area Sales Manager

• Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. This includes planning, forecasting, and tracking sales performance.
• Team Management:Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers within the assigned area.
• Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Sales Operations:Oversee all aspects of sales operations within the area, including distribution, inventory management, and channel management.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis:Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Problem Solving:Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Cost Management:Manage sales-related expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Product Launch:Participate in and oversee the successful launch of new products within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
