Area Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Area Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and manage

  security personnel deployment

  and manpower across multiple sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with

  SOPs

  ,

  statutory regulations

  , and

  client-specific requirements

  .
• Conduct regular site visits to

  review performance

  , address concerns, and implement operational improvements.
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on

  attendance, incidents, manpower gaps, and daily operations

  .
• Lead

  recruitment, onboarding, and training

  of field staff in coordination with HR.
• Ensure

  discipline, uniform compliance

  , and professional conduct of deployed manpower.
• Handle incident investigations, prepare reports, and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Work closely with billing and accounts teams for invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for

  business growth

  and support sales teams in generating leads.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum

  5–7 years of experience

  in security/manpower operations or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of

  guard force management

  ,

  deployment planning

  , and

  labour laws

  .
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle

  crisis situations

  and make quick, informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in a

  field-intensive role

  with frequent travel across sites.
• Good working knowledge of

  MS Excel, reporting tools

  , and

  GPS tracking/attendance systems

  .

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Management or related fields).
• Candidates with

  ex-defense/police background

  will be preferred.

Compensation:
