Architect – Site Coordination & Client Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the architectural representative at the project site, ensuring accurate implementation of design intent.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address any design-related concerns.
• Coordinate effectively with civil engineers, structural consultants, and service providers (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) to integrate all disciplines seamlessly.
• Monitor and oversee the execution of architectural and interior works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensure quality control, and address technical or design issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication between the design office and site teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to site progress, reports, and communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in site execution and architectural coordination.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of interior execution details, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; Revit and Photoshop are a plus.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and handle contractors on site.
• Problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail.
