Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support architectural design projects from concept through execution.
• Prepare detailed Municipal drawings and ensure compliance with local development control rules, building bye-laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and consultants for approvals and NOCs.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and infrastructure-related buildings.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for interdisciplinary coordination.
referred Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in architecture design and municipal drawing coordination.
• Experience with residential, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure-based architectural projects.
