3. Education: ITI/Diploma in Draftsman or equivalent

4. EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years of Experience, worked on Institutional and commercial project

5. JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Collaborate with architects and designers to translate design concepts into detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

· Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, to create precise and professional drawings.

· Ensure drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

· Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that arise during the drafting process.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and material schedules.

· Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to architectural drafting.
