Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Bhubaneswar. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering aptitude training sessions, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to students. Other responsibilities include developing training materials, tracking student progress, and tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of learners. The trainer will also collaborate with academic institutions and HR teams to ensure alignment with industry standards.
