Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Aptitude Trainer, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lessons focused on aptitude training, developing training materials, assessing students' progress, and identifying areas for improvement. The trainer will also conduct workshops, mock tests, and offer personalized coaching to ensure students excel in aptitude exams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in conducting workshops and mock tests
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
• Previous experience in aptitude training or coaching is a plus
