Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Faculty position located in Vishakapatnam. The Aptitude Faculty will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content and training sessions on aptitude topics. This role involves developing curriculum, conducting regular assessments, analyzing student performance, and providing feedback to help students improve. The role will also require collaboration with other faculty members and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills
• Experience in curriculum development and educational content creation
• Ability to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
