Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Chennai. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing student performance, and providing feedback. The trainer will also be involved in curriculum development and staying updated with the latest trends in aptitude training. The goal is to improve the employability skills of students to help them secure positions in top tech companies.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude skills including numerical ability, logical reasoning, and verbal ability
• Experience in developing training materials and curriculum
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with the tech industry and its requirements
• Proficiency in using educational tools and technology
• Experience in teaching or training roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
