JD:
Provide technical support for critical applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, desktop hardware, printers, and network connectivity.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware systems.
Work closely with software vendors or internal development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document incidents, problems, and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Monitor application performance and participate in regular maintenance tasks.
Support end-users via email, phone, or remote access tools.
Maintain and update user guides and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data security standards.
