Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and systems. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the applications you support, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes and procedures. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of firewall configuration and management. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with security protocols and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
