Job Summary

Native Android Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Keep up to date with new tools, libraries, and best practices in Android development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years

  of professional experience in Native Android development.
• Proficient in

  Kotlin

  ,

  Java

  , and the

  Android SDK

  .
• In-depth experience with:

• Jetpack libraries

  (e.g., Lifecycle, ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation)

• Jetpack Compose

  for declarative UI development

• Room Database

  for local data storage
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and libraries such as

  Retrofit

  and

  OkHttp

• Solid grasp of

  Material Design

  principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with

  MVVM architecture
