As an Associate - Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic technology recruitment team and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will involve managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, implementing recruitment strategies, and proactively building talent pipelines to meet future needs. By staffing our business with quality hires and providing strategic recruitment solutions, you will significantly contribute to our team's success and enhance your skills in talent acquisition. You will be expected to evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, seeking feedback to refine talent acquisition strategies as needed. Additionally, you will be required to demonstrate an expert level of understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings, acting as a subject matter expert in recruiting responsibilities, and managing hiring manager/candidate expectations. Providing a positive candidate experience through effective communication, sharing manager feedback, and educating candidates on career growth opportunities and the benefits of employment will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have prior experience in full life cycle talent acquisition within a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, and a high attention to detail are crucial. You should also have a controls mindset, understanding of employment laws and regulations, experience in planning and managing networking events or projects, superior multitasking and project management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion. Your role will require you to utilize the full functionality of the applicant tracking system, maintain data integrity and controls, and provide meaningful market data to support client needs. Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks consistently, as well as the capability to tell a story using data and metrics will be key to your success in this position. By proactively sharing innovative solutions, anticipating needs, and streamlining processes for the client, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our team's achievements in talent acquisition.,
