Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Sales Manager, based in Dehradun. The Amazon Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling inventory, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the marketing team, and addressing customer queries and reviews. The role requires a proactive approach to increasing sales and visibility of our products on the Amazon platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with E-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon Sales and Inventory Management
• Skills in Sales Strategy Development and Sales Performance Analysis
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and online advertising
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the retail or stationery industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
