About the Role

Algorithm Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for real-world imaging applications.
Evaluate and enhance training datasets and associated workflows.
Improve model performance and compare various DL/ML architectures.
Design and implement algorithms to extract information from noisy or complex image data.
Collaborate with global teams across all product development phases.
Work with product engineering teams to define and meet performance specifications.
Provide technical support during product demos, beta testing, and customer engagements.
Travel up to 20% (domestic/international) for training, support, or beta programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with relevant academic background.
5+ years of hands-on experience in algorithm development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in computer vision and image processing.
Proficient in
C++
,
Python
,
Linux
, and object-oriented programming.
Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with source code control tools (e.g., Git).
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have worked in
product-based companies
(current or past).
