Job Summary:

CBitss Technologies is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concepts with a zeal to train and mentor aspiring learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, and Python.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and real-world case studies.
• Assess and track students’ progress through evaluations, feedback, and project reviews.
• Guide students in building their capstone ML/AI projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in AI and ML.
• Support curriculum design and contribute to content creation.
• Conduct workshops, mock interviews, and assessments when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of industry or teaching experience in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python programming and its ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Experience in curriculum design or e-learning platforms.
• Certifications in AI/ML or Python (optional but a plus).
