Role Overview

Data Scientist with 4-6 years of hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion models, etc.)
• Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and transformer-based architectures
• Customize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases
• Build and manage robust ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into real-world applications
• Stay updated with the latest GenAI research, tools, and trends
• Analyze model outputs, monitor performance, and ensure responsible AI use

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Strong Python skills with experience in ML/DL libraries:

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers

• Deep understanding of

  LLMs, GANs, RAG, Autoencoders

  , etc.
• Experience with

  LoRA, PEFT

  , or similar fine-tuning techniques
• Familiarity with

  Vector Databases

  (FAISS, Pinecone) and embeddings
• Expertise in

  data preprocessing, synthetic data generation

• Solid knowledge of

  NLP, prompt engineering

  , and language model safety
• Hands-on experience with

  model deployment, APIs

  , and

  cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Chatbots, Conversational AI

  , or

  AI Assistants

• Familiarity with

  LangChain, LLMOps

  , or

  serverless model deployment

• Background in

  MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes

  , and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to
