AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Python Engineer with at least 6 months of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will work on building and deploying intelligent systems using Python, data science tools, and machine learning frameworks. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in machine learning and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications Work with structured and unstructured data for data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis Build pipelines for model training, evaluation, and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, etc.) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code Use libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch for model development Monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary Assist in building APIs to serve ML models (Flask/FastAPI) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in ML/AI projects Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch) Knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, and overfitting/underfitting concepts Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and basic cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus) Good to Have: Experience with NLP or computer vision projects Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment techniques Exposure to real-world datasets and Kaggle competitions Basic knowledge of Docker and API integration Why Join Us?
