AI/ML Engineer

We Are Hiring: AI/ML Engineer (Conversational AI | Microsoft Ecosystem)

📍 Location: Remote

📅 Duration: 6 Months Contract

⏰ Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM IST

We're looking for a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with 6+ years of experience—someone who is passionate about building intelligent copilots, chatbots, and enterprise AI solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

🔍 Must-Have Expertise:

6+ years in AI/ML or Conversational AI

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT, BERT, and Prompt Engineering

Expertise in Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Bot Framework (SDK/Composer)

Familiarity with Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Foundry

Integration skills using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs

Proficient in Python or Node.js for AI orchestration

Deep understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector DBs

Experience with M365 Copilot APIs and plugin development

💡 Nice to Have:

CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes

LangChain / Semantic Kernel

Responsible AI practices

Power Platform integration

Monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Kibana)

🎯 Role Overview:

You'll lead end-to-end development of AI-powered solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. From prompt design to LLM integration and RAG-based architecture, you’ll work closely with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready AI copilots and virtual assistants.
