About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers for professional growth and success.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for large-scale algorithm deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to design scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Optimize algorithm performance and resource use.
• Keep abreast of new advances in algorithm engineering and infrastructure tech and apply improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in development methodologies and tooling.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years experience OR M.Tech with 8+ years OR B.Tech with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role (lead experience alone not sufficient).
• 8+ years programming experience in Python, C++, or CUDA.
• 8+ years in machine learning, AI, and deep learning.
• 2-3 years experience in computer vision and image processing.
• Prior experience in product companies (engineering product companies strongly preferred).
• Educational background from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, IIIT, VIT, NIT) preferred.
• Strong employment stability (minimum 2 years per organization).
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing sectors.
• CGPA above 8.0 (on a 10-point scale).
