💼 About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven AI Associate to join our dynamic core IT product team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in building and training Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to the development of proprietary AI solutions, and taking ownership of end-to-end system development.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the core product team to design, build, and refine custom LLMs and SLM-based systems.

Contribute to the entire AI lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-production performance tracking.

Stay up to date on the latest developments in AI/ML, LLMs, and SLMs, and apply emerging trends to real-world use cases.

Participate in hackathons and internal innovation sprints to prototype and validate new AI ideas.

Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into the system architecture.

Document experiments, findings, and improvements to contribute to the team's growing AI knowledge base.

✅ Requirements:

Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.

Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Meta’s LLaMA, Google’s PaLM) or a strong passion to build your own.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

Eagerness to explore SLMs and implement cutting-edge lightweight AI models.

Participation in hackathons, research projects, or open-source AI contributions is highly valued.

Passion for continuous learning, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

🎓 Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
