Role Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Advertising Specialist to join our team on a temporary, hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, measure campaign performance, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize strategies Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and target audience Monitor budgets, track spend, and report on ROI A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting approaches Stay up-to-date with advertising trends, tools, and industry best practices Qualifications Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or sales Hands-on proficiency with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) Ability to develop, test, and optimize ad strategies effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in a tech or cybersecurity company is a plus Ready to drive high-impact advertising for a privacy-first startup?
