Job Summary

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process. Your role involves providing detailed information about academic programs, assisting with application procedures, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms. Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and career pathways.

Counseling Sessions: Conduct personal counseling sessions to help students make informed academic and career decisions.

Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including reviewing and processing applications and supporting documentation.

Data Management: Maintain detailed records of student interactions, application statuses, and communication logs using admissions management systems.

Outreach Activities: Collaborate with outreach teams to plan and execute admission campaigns, education fairs, school visits, webinars, and open houses.

Orientation Programs: Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation programs and communicating with enrolled students.

Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of application statuses, conversion rates, and admission trends, and submit timely reports to management.

Feedback Collection: Provide feedback to improve marketing and admissions strategies based on student queries and feedback.
