Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Counselor to join our team in Noida. In this on-site role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential learners, guiding them through their educational journey and helping them make informed career choices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on course offerings, career paths, and learning outcomes
• Understand students’ educational and career goals and guide them accordingly
• Handle incoming queries via phone, email, or in-person meetings
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and current learners
• Ensure student satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
• Coordinate with the academic and support teams to streamline the student journey
• QualificationsStrong experience or interest in student counseling and career guidance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in education, psychology, or counseling preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in an EdTech or educational organization is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
• Additional DetailsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand, monthly)
• 6 working days per week
• Candidates must have their own laptop
