With established operations in the UK and multiple branches across Asia and the Middle East, we specialize in student admissions and recruitment for prestigious universities and colleges in the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Officer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in international education consultancy, with:- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with international student recruitment agencies, and-At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing international university admissions for destinations including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe.Key Responsibilities:Ability to assess student profiles, review documents, and academic history to offer suitable university/course options based on their chosen destination country.Counsel students regarding admission requirements, visa procedures, and study destinations.Manage the full application process for students applying to international universities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admissions criteria, visa guidelines, scholarship opportunities, and course options.Build and maintain effective relationships with international universities, admissions departments, and recruitment partners.Follow up on student applications, offer letters, CAS/I-20/COE issuance, and visa processing.Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and student recruitment campaigns.Provide outstanding customer service and personalized guidance to students and their families.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 years of professional experience working with international student recruitment agencies.Minimum 1 years of direct experience managing international admissions for universities in the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe.In-depth knowledge of international admission processes, visa regulations, and education systems.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online university application platforms.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.What We Offer:Professional growth and career advancement opportunities within an international organization.Collaborative and supportive working environment.Direct exposure to global university partners and recruitment networks.
