Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline administrative functions within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across departments, manage support staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, all while delivering exceptional support to clinical and non-clinical teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations within the clinic/hospital Manage non-clinical staff, including front desk, housekeeping, security, and facility services Ensure effective scheduling, patient registration, billing, and records management Maintain operational policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
