Job Title: Administrative Manager Location: On-site – Nizamabad, Telangana Company: Charbhai Bidi Works About the Role Charbhai Bidi Works, an 85+ year old legacy company, is seeking a disciplined and hands-on Administrative Manager to oversee our company premises, internal housekeeping, and daily operations with military-like discipline. This is a critical on-ground position requiring complete control and command over the physical administration of our facilities. Only candidates willing to permanently relocate and settle with their family in Nizamabad will be considered. Key Responsibilities Take full charge of premises management , including office, guest areas, and factory-related admin infrastructure. Oversee and discipline support staff such as drivers, security guards, gardeners, housekeeping , and maintenance staff . Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline across all administrative touchpoints. Maintain records of admin inventories (stationery, cleaning supplies, furniture, etc.) and ensure proper upkeep of assets. Coordinate vehicle movement , driver scheduling, and ensure timely maintenance and fuel logs. Ensure security protocols are strictly followed and maintain gate register and visitor management systems. Supervise maintenance works (repairs, plumbing, electrical, pest control) and AMC coordination for admin-related services. Maintain army-style discipline and accountability across support departments. Ensure admin staff punctuality, daily task checklists, and enforce internal control mechanisms. Required Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in administrative management roles within manufacturing units, government offices, armed forces, or legacy private companies. Strong leadership with ability to enforce discipline and manage non-technical workforce. Proficient in maintaining documentation, vendor records, and asset registers. Ability to work independently, stay alert, and manage on-ground crises and logistics. Relocation Requirement The selected candidate must relocate to Nizamabad with family and be available on-ground full-time . Accommodation references can be shared if required.
