Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Mumbai at Chemo Graphic International. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, communicating effectively, utilizing executive administrative skills, and demonstrating strong clerical abilities in day-to-day operations. Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesProficient in Clerical SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience with ZOHO Platform or Any other ERP Solution for Order processing/management is highly appreciated.Alternatively, Experience with GEM Platform is highly appreciated.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectivelyAbility to work well in a team environmentExperience in a similar role is a plusHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
