Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Noida. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and general administrative duties. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating meetings, and offering support to various departments within the company. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Must have experience on travel desk
