Job Description: Administration Officer Job Title: Assistant Manager (Administration) Department: Administration / Facilities Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Reporting To: Center Manager / Facility Head Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Ladies Hostel and Office building. This role includes managing hostel admissions, accounts, building needs, and general hospitality for residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:Facility & Building Management Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the Ladies Hostel and Office premises Coordinate repair and service needs (plumbing, electricity, furniture, etc.) Maintain utility services (water, power, internet) without disruption Handle procurement of building-related supplies and consumables Hostel Administration Manage admissions and documentation of hostel residents Maintain records of occupancy, room allotment, and fee payments Ensure timely provision of food, safety, and hygiene facilities Address resident complaints or facility issues promptly Accounts & Documentation Maintain hostel accounts and petty cash registers Submit monthly reports of hostel expenses and consumables Coordinate with the accounts department for vendor payments and hostel fee collection Hospitality & Guest Relations Ensure a hospitable and welcoming environment in the hostel Assist in organizing inspections, visits, and hostel events Handle guest accommodation and administrative support as needed Compliance & Safety Maintain attendance records of hostel residents Ensure fire safety and basic health protocols are followed Assist in documentation for FSSAI, local municipality or project audits Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent 1+ years of experience in administration or hostel or facility management preferred Good communication in Malayalam and English Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills Basic accounting and computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9349999333 Application Deadline: 12/06/2025
