Job Description

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (typically 2+ years).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for records, reports, and important documents.
Provide administrative support to senior staff and other departments as needed.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and proofread internal and external communications such as reports, memos, and emails.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are adequately stocked.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Support onboarding of new staff, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR documentation (if applicable).
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,552.95 - ₹25,000.00 per month
