Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant

to manage the company's outgoing financial transactions. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all vendor invoices are correctly recorded, approved, and paid in a timely and accurate manner. This role also supports cash management by reconciling bank accounts and maintaining appropriate bank balances to meet payment obligations. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver a superior AP function for our business.

  • Generating and analysing accounts payable reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce, CA Inter, CMA, or CPA
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with MS Dynamics, HR3 and ConnectWise desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
