Role Overview

Accounts Payable - Lead

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage general ledger accounting and oversee the complete accounts payable cycle

·      Review and ensure accurate bills booking and monthly GL schedule submissions

·      Liaise with traders for provisions and confirmation of balances

·      Consolidate and report MSME data in line with statutory norms

·      Reconcile GST 2B with books and ensure proper compliance

·      Review statutory dues and ensure timely and error-free payments

·      Prepare accurate TDS workings and ensure compliance

·      Manage inter-branch transaction checks and elimination entries

·      Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

·      Coordinate with auditors and manage audit deliverables

Qualification & Experience

·      CA Inter Mandatory, Commerce Graduate

·      Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable

·      Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books

Skills & Attributes

·      Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance

·      Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and senior management

·      Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
