Who Are We Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022. What We Want You To Do Assist in managing reimbursement data and processes. Work with financial records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and maintain organized reports. Support the accounts team with day-to-day tasks. What Are We Looking In You Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
