Accounting Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting internal and external reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billing Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records and reports Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management Maintain the general ledger and assist in closing monthly books Monitor budgets, expenses, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certification is a plus) 0-1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
