We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to our sales, customer service, or lead generation efforts. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest or close sales.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a daily record of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes.
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader/manager.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize results.

Requirements & Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Graduation in any field is acceptable.
Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
