VIJYALAXMI INFRACON, a building developer company, would benefit from hiring an accountant or a finance professional who can handle the following responsibilities: Client Handling & Documentation: Managing client inquiries related to apartment/villa purchases PAYMENT TURMS. Handling paperwork for customers seeking loans on their property. Coordinating with banks for payment verification and confirmation. Financial Management: Managing payment receipts and ensuring accurate recording. Preparing monthly profit and loss reports. Managing staff salaries and payroll. Inventory & Purchase Management: Overseeing inventory and purchase orders. Ensuring payments for supplies and services are processed correctly. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting software like Tally. Experience with other CRM or ERP systems such as Zoho, Odoo, etc. Recommendation: Hiring a qualified accountant or a finance manager with experience in real estate and construction projects will help streamline these processes. They should be familiar with relevant financial software to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
