Accounting & Finance Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems. Manage accounts receivable/payable. Invoicing & Documentation Generate sales/purchase invoices for domestic and export transactions. Ensure documentation complies with customs, DGFT, and diamond bourse regulations. Maintain export-import documentation including shipping bills, packing lists, and bills of entry. Import-Export Compliance Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Track export realization and file relevant forms (e.g., EDF, BRC). Manage diamond parcel clearance and valuation reports. Taxation File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 16A, etc.). Maintain reconciliation of GST and TDS ledgers with books. E-Way Bills & Legal Compliance Generate and manage E-Way bills for domestic goods movement. Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations (Income Tax, GST, Customs). Assist in audits, assessments, and legal documentation.
