Job Brief: Accountant for Cosmetics Manufacturing Factory Location: Cherry Cosmo, Survey No. 23, D’Souza Compound, Pelhar Gaon, Nala Sopara East, Vasai Zone 1: 401 208, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 5 Years Gender: Male/Female Employment Type: Full-Time Timing: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Package: 20,000 to 25,000 per month Industry: Cosmetics Manufacturing Application Deadline: Date 30th April 2025 About Us: We are a leading cosmetics manufacturing company, Our factory operates with precision and innovation, and we are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team to ensure seamless financial operations. Job Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. ·        Maintaining accurate books of accounts for day-to-day purchases and sales. ·        Preparing and filing monthly GST returns. ·        Filing monthly TDS returns and ensuring timely compliance. ·        Managing stock data for raw materials, finished products inventory. ·        Generating financial reports and assisting in audits. ·        Collaborating with the procurement and sales teams to reconcile transactions. ·        Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Key Requirements: ·        Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing setup. ·        Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version) for accounting and inventory management. ·        Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional tax and other statutory compliance requirements and filling the same on the specified dates fixed by the respective department. ·        Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. ·        Good communication skills (verbal and written) for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Language Hind / Marathi / English no bar. ·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B. Com / M. Com preferred). ·        Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines. ·        Knowledge of payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements is a plus.         **Desirable Skills: ·        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
