Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in Chennai/Kochi with the flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, conducting account reviews, handling client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. The Account Manager will also be involved in tracking account metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

• Ability to understand and address client needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in conducting account reviews, handling client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and deliver on client expectations
• Skills in tracking account metrics, preparing reports, and identifying business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Minimum experience should be 8-12 years especially in handling the Industries of Tamilnadu and Kerala territories.
• Tamil speaking Mandatory for ease of language use in dealing with Industrrial clients.
