JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

An Account Executive with expertise in accounts and taxation is responsible for managing financial records, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves handling daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. Key skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Financial Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.

· Financial Reporting:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Tax Compliance:

Preparing and filing tax returns (including GST, TDS, etc.) and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

· Account Reconciliation:

Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial data.

· Audit Support:

Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

· Budgeting and Forecasting:

Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

· Financial Analysis:

Analysing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

· Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.

· Communication:

Effectively communicating with team members, management, and external stakeholders like auditors and regulatory bodies.

· System Maintenance:

Maintaining and improving accounting systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 Year Proven experience in accounting and taxation roles, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and software.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Excel
• Certifications: CPA or CTA certifications are often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,321.64 - ₹27,353.27 per month
