Post : *Assistant Accounts* Company Name: *Biomax Safety & Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.* Web Site: https://www.biomaxsecurity.com Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of ledgers Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Manage accounts payable and receivable Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Prepare tax filings and coordinate with external auditors Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Implement and maintain accounting procedures and controls Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience (0.6 month to 2+ years) as an accountant or in a relevant financial role Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting requirements Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) Advanced MS Excel skills High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Interview Location: Unit No.102, 1st Floor, Advent Atria, Chincholi Bunder road, Malad West, Mumbai - 400064 (MAH) References are highly appreciated !!
