Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Manager located in Bihar, The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales executives, developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, sales reporting, and establishing strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Sales Reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the dairy industry or FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
