Job Description

This internship is ideal for those who already understand WordPress basics and are eager to apply their knowledge in real-world projects.

We’re inviting applications for a learning-focused, 3-month remote internship designed for students or freshers who want hands-on experience with professional WordPress development.As part of our remote team, you’ll contribute to high-conversion websites and learn modern web practices under the guidance of experienced mentors.

We believe in building a team of passionate learners and future leaders who grow by working on real projects that make an impact.Role & Responsibilities

Build and customise WordPress themes and plugins to meet project briefs and brand guidelines.
Convert Figma or Adobe XD mock-ups into responsive page templates using HTML, CSS and PHP.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways and marketing tools within WordPress ecosystems.
Optimise site performance through image compression, lazy loading, caching and database tuning.
Collaborate via Git and participate in code reviews, stand-ups and sprint planning.
Document technical decisions and create user guides for non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

Foundational experience with WordPress core, theme hierarchy and plugin architecture.
Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript skills.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser testing.
Ability to use Git and follow branching workflows.

Preferred

Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg or other page builders.
Knowledge of basic SEO best practices and Google Analytics setup.
