WordPress Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to build user-friendly, visually appealing, and technically robust websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Convert designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into responsive WordPress templates
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and scalability
• Implement website security and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues
• Maintain documentation of code and development processes
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Familiarity with ACF, WooCommerce, and custom post types
• Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless WordPress or JAMstack
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, lazy loading)
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Docker or CI/CD pipelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
