Key Responsibilities


1. Website Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute the roadmap for new

    sections and functionalities

    for the pre-login website.
  • Drive

    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    to maximize user engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with

    tech, design, and vendor teams

    to develop and execute website enhancements.
  • Own and manage

    UI/UX design

    to create industry-best user experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in

    SEO, web vitals, and accessibility

    .


2. Content & User Experience Management

  • Own and Oversee

    CMS management

    for seamless content updates and consistency.
  • Ensure that content aligns with the latest industry trends and user behavior insights.
  • Optimize website structure and

    navigation

    to enhance user experience and accessibility.


3. AI-Driven Innovations & Personalization

  • Identify and implement

    AI-driven opportunities

    for website automation and personalization.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for

    content generation, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics

    .
  • Leverage

    NLP (Natural Language Processing)

    tools to simplify content and improve user engagement.


4.. Stakeholder & Sprint Management

  • Work closely with

  • Manage

    Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC)

    to track website performance.
  • Drive structured

    A/B testing

    for continuous improvement of user engagement and conversions.


6. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including

    marketing, product, design, and analytics
