JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Warehouse Manager Reports To: Regional Manager Number of Reportee: All employees working in the warehouses Job Location: Bhiwandi - Mumbai Job Overview: Managing end to end 3PL warehouse function with multiple client (10-15 customers) and ensuring the profitable operation. Job Description: 1) Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure all GRN done with 100% accuracy and within TAT 2) To ensure zero SLA breach in B2C orders processing for all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system 3) To ensure timely processing of RTO for all the customers in their respective panel/WMS system 4) Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance 5) Adequate and timely sharing of required reports to all customer as per the scope of agreement 6) Recruit and train warehouse personnel as per the approved budged manpower 7) Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff including pickers, packers, loaders, and supervisors. 8) Manage shift planning, attendance, and productivity tracking for ground manpower. 9) Conduct daily briefing/huddles and ensure team adherence to operational KPIs. 10) Plan and optimize storage space based on SKU velocity and warehouse capacity. 11) Regularly review of aisle space, and bin allocation for maximum efficiency. 12) Maintain daily MIS on inventory, manpower productivity, order flow, and damages. Qualification: Any Graduate with strong analytical skill Experience: 8-10 years - (5 years and beyond) Specific Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skill, Good in data management and analytics Internal Coordination: All External Coordination: All
