Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including but not limited to Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, JavaScript), DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, Cloud Architects, UI/UX Designers, and Technical Leads/Managers.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, internal databases, networking events, technical communities, and referrals.Requirement Understanding: Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to thoroughly understand technical job requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit.Candidate Engagement & Assessment:Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.Articulate company value proposition, culture, and career opportunities to candidates effectively.Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and closing candidates.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape, especially within the Noida/Delhi-NCR tech ecosystem.Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and generate recruitment reports.Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
